Our Story

Get To Know Us!

Our journey is very special to us and although we take great pleasure in baking delicious treats for people, we feel it’s just as important to know the faces behind it all and how we got here. Separately and then later on together, you’ll get to take a trip down memory lane with us as we share our trials, tribulations and passions. Ultimately we never gave up on ourselves and hope that by sharing our story it will inspire others to keep working towards their zest for life.

Natasha LaSala

I grew up in Brooklyn, Queens and Brewster NY- my family was slowly trying to inch their way up to the country. Like most bakers from the tender age of 5 I started making cookies. My mother would prop me up on a stool lay out some Christmas cookie cutters and I’d start pressing away; It was love at first sight. Baking became my favorite pastime and for a long time that’s all it would ever be. Fast forward to my senior year of college, reality hits and that cozy cushion of academia was coming to an end. In 2010 with my business degree in tow, I came up with the best possible career, banking. And it didn’t stop there, by December of 2014 I packed my car and headed west for sin city Las Vegas where I went on selling timeshare, used cars and then solar! I was chasing money and not my passion.

Kristian LaSala

I’m a native New Yorker at heart originally born in Long Island. When I was just 6 years old my family decided to move cross country and settle in Las Vegas in hopes of creating a new life. As much as I’d like to say high school at Cimarron Memorial were my golden years it was really when I entered college at the University of Redlands in Southern California that my world expanded. After graduating with a Business degree I decided to start my career in the culinary world. First as a cook at the fine dining establishment Stripsteak at Mandalay Bay and then just one year later moved to the largest banquet operation in the United States at the Venetian and Palazzo hotel.
